- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆They outsourced the customer service to India. Went downhill since it changed hands. This branch is better then most, but they fired the good employees and replaced them with cheaper, one. Older employees you can tell are unhappy. It's a shame.By Floyydd Mumford, August 28, 2017
